PORTRAITS IN INK

I was approached to create a collection of images to draw attention to a series of high-profile lectures delivered by international Business Leaders, hosted by Nottingham Trent University's Business school. The Dean wanted to develop visual work which both advertised the lectures, supported students day to day and flattered its speakers (to encourage more to come to the school). I came up with the idea of Portraits In Ink.

Each speaker is sketched in Quink Ink, and then a quote is taken and used alongside. These would then be framed and placed at the entrance of the business school's main building for students to see in passing. A book was then designed and produced depicting more key words of wisdom aimed at both staff and students to offer ideas, advice and support, and to gift to speakers visitors and people of interest. This project is ongoing.
